and information. This wristband is your admission to the festivities.
If you are camping with us there will be a separate table to get your
campsite.
10 am – 12 noon: Registration of homebrew entries for the competition. Register your homebrewed beer, wine, cider, mead or specialty brew. We need all entries submitted by 12 noon sharp to start the judging. Also, those wishing to be a judge sign up now. Anyone over 21 may sign up. Have ID’s ready please. Our fine volunteer stewards will show you how to grade the beverage!
1 pm - Homebrewing competition starts. Listen for your name over the PA system to report to the judging tent. These several categories will take all afternoon.
2 pm – 6 pm: Events throughout the day: Microbrew sampling from many different breweries; Horseshoes, Kids games, keg toss, grain sack race, belching contest and whatever else we can come up with!
6:30 pm (thereabouts)
Final votes are tallied for the winners of the homebrewing competition.
Medals to be awarded at this time.
-Points to Ponder-
Homebrewed beverages sometimes have a kick you’re not used to….please don’t drink and drive, we want you back next time. Please be a responsible participant for your neighbors with excess noise, etc. Anyone not acting in a responsible manner will be escorted to the gate and asked to leave with no refund.
Keep your door prize tickets handy, they are good for prizes throughout the day.
Seasonal campers of Branch Brook Campground can join the festivities for only $8
Food will be available all day Saturday and Sunday breakfast.
On behalf of the NEHJ Committee we want to say a hearty “thank you” to everybody involved in the success of the Jamboree. All proceeds above cost are donated to the Make a Wish Foundation of New Hampshire.
